Last night at Red Rocks, Wilco kicked off their very lengthy summer tour. Wilco last played this majestic venue back in 2009. During the bands first encore, Punch Brothers, who opened the show, emerged for a version of “California Stars.” Each member of the Chris Thile led group took a solo on their respective instruments. During the final song of the evening, Wilco crew member Josh made his typical cowbell cameo during “Hoodoo Voodoo.”

Of note, “Remember the Mountain Bed” made it’s first appearance of 2012. Wilco will return to Red Rock this evening with Dr. Dog opening the show.
