NPR Music is streaming Tweedy’s debut album, Sukierae. Wilco fans have been longing for Jeff Tweedy to release a solo album, but we didn’t exactly get a “solo” album. The album was recorded in Chicago as a duo with Jeff and son, Spencer laying the tracks down.
Wilco has announced a pair of shows in Ohio ahead of their appearance at this years Lockn’ Music Festival. The band will play LC Pavilion on Columbus on September 3 and the Akron Civic Theater in Akron, Ohio the following evening. Tickets for both shows go on sale
